Each school choir arrives at the venue accompanied by their teacher/s. Once inside you are allocated and shown to your seats. Make yourself comfy these will be your seats for the whole day.

Warm-up - Each choir will have the opportunity to warmup the vocal chords with the assistance of the conductor David Lawrence.

Rehearsals - commence at 2.30 p.m. and end at 5 p.m.

Team-building - can we as a choir of 5000 be a team can we work together on the day to become the best Young Voices concert ever. We can if we all pull together bringing all those practised songs and vocal skills that you have learnt to date.

Tea break - At 5 p.m. children can take an hour tea break. Children can bring a packed tea or they can buy food and drink at the arena food outlets. Children MUST NOT leave the arena

 

Pupils will need

A packed tea

Plenty of drinks - singing can be a thirsty business

A small torch

A white T-Shirt (you can order these from the school)
